Synchronous belt is a new kind of drive belt that combines the respective advantages of belt drive, chain drive and gear drive.

The transmission of the timing belt is a transmission mode in which the transmission belt and the power are transmitted by the meshing of the belt tooth of the timing belt and the gear teeth of the timing pulley. Therefore, the transmission between the timing belt and the timing pulley has no relative sliding, so as to ensure the accuracy of the transmission ratio when the timing belt is driven.

Synchronous belt drive advantages

    2、The speed of the belt in the belt is relatively stable during transmission, and it can have the ability to buffer and damp vibrations, and the emitted noise is also relatively low.
    3、The efficiency of the timing belt in transmission is high and can reach 0.98, so the effect of energy saving is also very obvious.
    4、The speed ratio of the synchronous belt transmission system is relatively large, generally reaching 10, the line speed can reach 50M/S, and can have a range of large power transmission, and can reach several watts or even hundreds of watts.
    5、The timing belt can be used for long-distance transmission, and the center distance between two timing pulleys can reach more than 10M.
    6、The maintenance and service of the synchronous belt transmission system are relatively convenient, and because the transmission system is an intermeshing transmission rather than a frictional transmission, lubrication is not required, and therefore the maintenance cost is also low.
    7、Compared to the transmission of other belts, the preload of the belt drive system is relatively small, so the load on the shaft and the bearing is small.
